Access

Can we drive to go to the resort during winter?: ＜4WD with snow/winter tire＞
Yes, you can.

＜FF with snow/winter tire＞
Depend on the snow condition, you might not be able to come to the resort. Please consider to use a bus from JR Inawashiro Station to the resort (Free).

＜FR with snow/winter tire＞
We recommend not to drive to the resort for your safety. Please use a bus from JR Inawashiro Station to the resort (Free).
Is parking free?: You can use parking lot for free on weekdays. For weekends and Japanese holidays, we will charge parking fee accordingly: Car 1,000JPY/ Midi-bus 2,000JPY/ Motor coach 3,000JPY.

For EN RESORT Grandeco Hotel guests, parking is fee throughout of the year.

About the resort

Can I send my luggage to the resort? Can I send my luggage from the resort?: Yes you can before 1 week of the arrival. We only accept ski/snowboard equipment.

Yes you can with cash on delivery. We only accept ski/snowboard equipment.
About equipment you can use in the resort.: Skiing equipment that meets the following two conditions can be used: (1) has a stopper and leash cord, and (2) has a metal edge.
Examples are alpine skis, snowboards, telemark skis, mono skis, fun skis, separate boards, thread docks, chair skis, split boards, snow skates, snow scoots, and snow feet.

Panda boards, panda skis, and mini-skis are those that do not meet the requirements of (1) and (2), and cross-country skis and edgeless thread docks are those that do not meet the requirements of (2).
Do we have to wear a helmet?: We recommend to wear a helmet for your safety.
Can I ride the gondola lift with my dog?: Only gondola lift rides are permitted. Walks on leashes are allowed on the slopes in front of the Mountain Center and at the gondola summit plaza. Walking in other areas is not permitted.
Snow Park Price.: ・SNOW SURF PARK/FREE RIDE PARK: You can use if you buy lift ticket
・KIDS PARK: 1 Day 1,200JPY, PM (From 12pm）800JPY, Lift Ticket Holder 500JPY

I want to sled. Do I need a lift ticket and which park should I use?: If you sled, please use Kids Park.
Group use: If you plan to visit our resort with a group of over 20 people, there are several discount available such as ticket and rental. Please reach us here with detail.

With kids

Do preschool children need a lift ticket?: Not required. However, those kids must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or older.
Can I ride the lift with my baby in my arms?: Rides with baby carriers are allowed. Please refrain from carrying your child on your back as it is dangerous. Please note that preschoolers are also counted as passengers. When using the pair lift, the total number of passengers is limited to two: a parent and a child in the arms of the parent.
Rental equipment for kids.: Helmets and Bogen help items are included free of charge for rentals up to elementary school age. The smallest size of clothing is available from 90cm and up. We also have skis from 77cm and boots from 15cm and snowboards from 80cm and boots from 14.5cm. Please note that the number of available items is
Do you have s space for family to rest?: Yes we have at Mountain Center 2F. You can use the space free from 8:15am - 3:30pm.
Do you have nursery?: Yes we have at Mountain Center EAST 1F.

Others

Do you have ATM?: No we don't have. The closet ATM is 15 mins driving distance from the hotel.
What kind of credit cards can we use?: We accept international credit cards such as VISA, Master, and JCB cards.
Do you have Onsen (hot spring)?: Yes we have at EN RESORT Grandeco Hotel.
