Check-In / Check-Out
- What time is Check-In/Check-Out?
- Check-In is 3pm and Check-Out 11am.
- Can I check in early?
- We may accept subject to room availability.
Early check-in is available after noon for a fee of 1,100 yen per hour per person (tax included) - Can I extend my Check-Out time?
- You can extend your stay at the hotel with extra charge of 1,100 JPY per hour per person (tax included).
Extension is available up to the noon at the latest.
If you extend your stay noon and onwards, we will require you to pay one night's room charge on the day of check-out.
Payment/Fee
- When do I need to pay?
- Please make a payment when you check-out.
- What kind of credit cards can we use at your hotel?
- We accept international credit cards such as VISA, Master, and JCB cards.
- Is there a Cancellation Fee?
- Cancellation fee is as follows:
・Previous-day cancellation:20% of the total accommodation fee
・Same-day cancellation:80% of the total accommodation fee
・Cancellation without notice:100% of the total accommodation fee
・3 days before arrival cancellation:50% of the total accommodation fee
・2 days before arrival cancellation:80% of the total accommodation fee
・1 day before arrival & Same-day cancellation:100% of the total accommodation fee
・Cancellation without notice:100% of the total accommodation fee
Please note that policies may differ when you reserve through travel agencies, or in case of a special offer plans. - Can we request to be put on a waiting list for cancellations?

Stay with your children
- Do you have special price for children?
- ・Elementary school student age: 80% of adult fare
・Infants (with bedding and meals): 80% of the adult rate
・Infants (meals only): 1,430 yen per night
・Infants and toddlers (no bedding or meals required): Free of charge - Can I sleep with my child?
- Only children under elementary school age (preschool age) may sleep with their parents. Please note that only one child may sleep in the room with one adult.
- Are cribs and bed guards available for rent?
- yes, those are available for rent, but on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the number of cribs and bed guards are limited.
- Can I go to deep sea water bath (public bath) with my kids?
- Children who cannot wear diapers are not allowed to use the public baths, but are requested to use the baby baths which you can borrow at the reception.
Children over 7 years old should use the men's bath for boys and the women's bath for girls.
Access
- Is parking free?
- The parking lot is available for free.
- Can I book parking lot?
- Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
However, we ask that you contact us in advance if you plan to come to in a vehicle larger than a microbus. - Can I park motorcycles?
- We have prepared a dedicated space for motorcycles for your use.
- Do you provide transportation from the airport to the hotel or from the ferry terminal to the hotel?
- Sorry, we do not provide transportation service. Please use taxi or town buses.
- Is there any convenience store near the hotel?
- There is a convenience store (Family Mart) within a 3-minute walk from the hotel. A-COOP supermarket is a 5-minute drive from the hotel.
Your Luggage
- Can you keep my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
- We keep at the reception from the morning of your check-in day to the day of check-out. Please inquire at the reception.
- For refrigerated and frozen goods
- We are unable to store any items that need to be kept in the refrigerator or freezer before check-in, during your stay, or after check-out.
- Can you keep our valuables?
- Please use safely box in the room.
- Can I send my luggage to the hotel?
- We accept luggage from within Japan, but not luggage sent from overseas. After making your accommodation, please send your luggage to the following address. And we will keep it at the hotel until your arrival.

Important Remarks:
– Please write your full name and the date of your Check-In on your luggage
– We accept your luggage three days prior to your check-in day
– We do not accept cash, valuables, fragile items, and items that requires temperature control
– We do not accept COD (Pay on Delivery) packages - Can I send my luggage from the hotel?
- We accept luggage being sent to other locations within Japan.
Please inquire at the reception.
Room
- Do you have smoking rooms?
- All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited except in designated smoking areas. If any traces of smoking are found in the guestrooms, we will charge a special cleaning fee and a business guarantee fee.
- Do all rooms have ocean views?
- "Island View Twin" do not have a view of the ocean.
"Oceanside Twin" have a partial view of the ocean due to the presence of a building in front of the room. - Are the guest rooms barrier-free?
- We apologize for the inconvenience. Our rooms are not barrier-free.
Restaurant
- May I use the restaurant in my yukata?
- Please refrain from wearing yukata and guest room slippers in the restaurant throughout the day.
- Can I bring my own beverages to the restaurant?
- We do not allow beverages to be brought into the restaurant. You may bring beverages into your room.
- Can you prepare a cake?
- Please contact the hotel at least one week prior to your planned stay.
Service
- What items can I borrow from the hotel?
- Bed guard, crib, baby bath, stroller, wheelchair, hair iron (straight/curl), clothes iron, nail clippers, beach parasol, smartphone/mobile charger
- Do you have bicycles for rent?
- Bicycle rentals are available for the exclusive use of hotel guests. Please note that the number of bicycles is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis and not on a reservation basis.
・1 hour from the start of use: Free of charge
・Up to 4 hours from the start of use: 2,000 yen
・Same-day use over 4 hours: 3,000 yen - Are there rental cars or motorcycles available?
- No, we don't. Please make your own arrangements.
- Can I use the hotel store even if I am not staying at the hotel?
- Yes, you can. Please feel free to drop by.
- Can I move around the hotel in yukata and slippers?
- Yukata and slippers may only be used in the guestrooms, and may not be worn or moved in public areas.
- Operating hours of the laundromat
- Laundromat is located on the first floor of the main building and is available 24 hours a day. You can bring your own laundry detergent or purchase it at the store.
・Washing machine: 300 yen/load
・Dryer: 100 yen/40 minutes - What are the common facilities?
- Microwave ovens, vending machines, and ice machines are available on the first floor of the main building.
- Is there a place to wash and dry diving equipment?
- There is a washing area and shower on the first floor of the ocean view public bath building.
There is no drying area, so please use the laundry rope in your room to dry your clothes on the balcony. - Is there a spa or massage service in the hotel?
- No, we don't. Please ask the reception for more information about those service near by the hotel.
Deep sea water bath & Pool
- Non-guests use of deep sea water bath
- Deep sea water bath is for the exclusive use of the hotel guests.
- When the pool is available
- The pool will be open from April through September. Please note that the use of the pool may be partially restricted due to weather conditions or maintenance.
- Can I use the hotel pool even if I am not a guest?
- For non-guests, the following fees will be charged.
・Adults (junior high school students and older): 2,000 yen
・Elementary school students: 1,000 yen
・Free of charge for preschool children
Please note that we may decline your request depending on how crowded it is. - Are pool amenities (floats and life jackets) available for rent?
- No, we don't. You may buy those items at the shop in the hotel.
- Are there any restrictions on the use of the deep sea water bath and pools due to tattoos, etc.?
- Guests with tattoos are not allowed to use the deep sea water baths. Guests are allowed to use the pool as long as they are wearing a rash guard.
- Are there dehydrators for swimsuits, pool changing rooms and lockers?
- We do not have a dehydrator for swimsuits.
There is a changing board in the multi-purpose restroom on the first floor of the main building. There are no lockers for storing valuables, so please take care of your valuables by yourself.
Beach
- Can I have fireworks on the beach?
- The use of fireworks on the beach is prohibited. Please refrain from using fireworks on the hotel grounds too.
- Can non-hotel guests use the beach?
- Yes you can. However, please refrain from using the hotel parking lot and shower booths when using the beach only.
Meeting & banquet use
- How can I book?
- If you are considering using our banquet rooms for a banquet or conference, please contact the hotel by phone or e-mail.
We also offer audio equipment rental (for a fee) and catering services.
